What Are PDF Bookmarks?

Method 1: Adobe Acrobat
- Open PDF in Acrobat
- View > Navigation Panels > Bookmarks
- Navigate to target page
- Click New Bookmark icon

Open PDF, View > Table of Contents, add bookmarks manually.
Method 3: Create from Headings
